Catalina Hernandez is a Master’s candidate in Management and Systems with a concentration in Strategy and Leadership at New York University. Catalina acquired her Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and afterwards moved back to Colombia, her home country, where she worked in the Chemical Industry and later in the field of Management Consulting for the National Productivity Center. Catalina was involved in various consulting projects in the fields of marketing, finance, and logistics within several different industries.
