Barbara Tanis owns an interdisciplinary design firm that focuses on developing solutions to branding and corporate issues, advertising and editorial design, and interactive challenges. Her firm has achieved international recognition, receiving awards and honors from design publications and trade organizations. Clients include Artisan/Workman Publishing, The International Fine Print Dealers Association,
New York City Department of Health, New York City Office of the Mayor,
Estée Lauder, the New York Food Museum, and The Skin Cancer Foundation.
Prior to forming Barbara Tanis Design, she worked for leading design firms in New York City and in Switzerland. Barbara is a graduate of the College of Design, Architecture, Art. and Planning at the University of Cincinnati.
